If your order is not what you expected, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and kept in their original condition. Original packaging should be included whenever possible. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all return requests.

Please note that some items may be excluded from returns due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific restrictions.

How Returns Are Handled

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, the LascscBa™ support team will send you instructions for returning the item.

Unless the return is caused by a damaged item, defective product, or shipping error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by LascscBa™.
